Refund Policy

Claridock handles payments through Paddle. Refunds are reviewed in line with applicable consumer protection rules, Paddle requirements, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Subscription Charges

If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact support as soon as possible. When appropriate, Claridock may approve a refund, credit, or cancellation adjustment. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.

One-Time Credit Purchases

Credits are generally non-refundable once delivered, especially if they have been partially used. We may still review requests involving duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or clear billing mistakes.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after meaningful usage of the service.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • Issues caused by unsupported environments, user error, or third-party outages outside our control, where the service itself remained available.

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@claridock.com and include the account email, approximate charge date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional context to verify the transaction.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. Most refunds appear within several business days, though some banks and card issuers take longer.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, the related account may be suspended during investigation. We recommend contacting support first so we can resolve legitimate billing issues quickly.
