Terms of Service
Last updated Feb 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Claridock. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Scope
Claridock provides AI-assisted summarization and knowledge structuring tools. Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for legal, medical, tax, or regulatory decisions without independent review.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law. You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits or intended access controls.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not bypass quotas, rate limits, billing logic, or security controls.
- Do not publish sensitive or confidential information unless you have the right to do so.
Billing
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Taxes, invoicing, renewals, and payment processing are handled according to Paddle's terms and local legal requirements. Subscription access may change if payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or a refund is issued.
Intellectual Property
Claridock retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and service design. You retain rights to your source content, subject to any rights required for us to process it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit any content you upload.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or modify features, limits, pricing, or integrations at any time. We aim for reliable availability, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis without uninterrupted uptime guarantees.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or abuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time, and paid plans remain subject to the applicable billing terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claridock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on automatically generated outputs. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Claridock in the twelve months before the claim.
